The staff were friendly and helpful, always doing their best to address any concerns or issues. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops, the beach, and a lovely promenade. there was a convenient shop nearby.

It didn't work properly, leading to a very uncomfortable night's sleep. the thin walls were also an annoyance as we could hear our neighbors quite clearly.

Fantastic location, 5 minutes from airport bus stop, close to castle and archaeological sites, plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Felt really like home, no complaints at all.

Located right in the center of the old town, this hotel is in a prime location. It is close to the beach, making it convenient who want to enjoy a day by the sea. the staff are very friendly and provide excellent service, making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a cozy and pleasant atmosphere.

One negative aspect is that the beds are not very comfortable, which may affect the quality of your sleep.

The value for money at Pension Ayuntamiento was really good. I was actually surprised by the friendly and accommodating staff. They went out of their way to provide extra towels when we needed them.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The bathroom, although in need of some repairs, was adequate for my needs.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and found our room to be well-maintained. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of air conditioning or the remote control for the TV not working, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. Despite the language barrier with the receptionist, we were able to communicate effectively and felt welcomed.

I had a wonderful time staying at Pension Ayuntamiento. The location couldn't have been better. Just a short walk from the beach and Santa Barbara Castle, it allowed me to easily explore the old town of Alicante. The proximity to shops and a beautiful promenade was also a plus. The convenience of the bus stop nearby made arriving from the airport a breeze. a great choice for travelers with varying budgets. Give it a try!

The place just needs a little updating to be perfect. Free Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, flat-screen TV, lift, 24-hour reception, no pets.
